Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Medz2u, including our website, mobile app, and related services. By using Medz2u, you agree to these terms.

Our Role

Medz2u is a technology platform that connects customers with licensed pharmacies and delivery partners. Medz2u is not a pharmacy, does not dispense medication, and does not provide medical advice.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account, contact, delivery, payment, and prescription information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using Medz2u only for lawful purposes.

Orders And Prescriptions

Pharmacy partners are responsible for reviewing prescriptions, confirming medicine availability, setting final pricing, and dispensing medication. Orders may be rejected, modified, delayed, or canceled if required by pharmacy review, availability, payment, delivery constraints, or legal requirements.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on pharmacy processing, rider availability, weather, traffic, address accuracy, and other factors outside our control.

Payments And Fees

You agree to pay all applicable medicine costs, delivery fees, service fees, taxes, and other charges shown or confirmed during the order process. Refunds, reversals, and adjustments may depend on pharmacy approval, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse Medz2u, submit false prescriptions, impersonate others, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or pharmacy requirements.

Changes To The Service

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Medz2u from time to time. We may also update these terms, and continued use of Medz2u after changes means you accept the updated terms.
